Step 01

Incoming Inspection

Components that need zinc plating are checked for condition, geometry and coating suitability to ensure the future coating failures.

Surface Preparation

Pre-processing begins for the inspected components with fine shot blasting and degreasing. This removes rust and dirt present on the surface.
Step 03

Coating Application

Suitable coating is applied using the state-of-the-art coating systems to ensure uniform coating thickness across surfaces.

Inspection & Dispatch

Coated components undergo rigorous inspection to detect defects. They then undergo a controlled curing process to ensure proper adhesion.
